Founder's Note
Academia Plus grew out of my own journey through higher education and beyond. With a non-linear career that has moved between research, teaching, and science communication, I have noticed a recurring gap: while the science and technology ecosystem is evolving rapidly, career guidance within higher education hasn’t always kept pace. Academia Plus was created to bridge this gap: by building programs that combine real-world insight, essential life skills, and a space for reflection, so that students can move forward with clarity and confidence. At its core, the work is also deeply personal. It is my way of giving back to the society by creating the kind of opportunities, I wish I had when I was a student.
